Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee:

Numbtec is dedicated to client satisfaction, and our refund policy reflects our commitment to delivering top-notch services.   1. Approval of Initial Designs:

    • Changes can be requested during the presentation of initial concepts.
    • Once designs are approved, payment is required, and no refund requests will be entertained.
  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refund requests before the delivery of initial designs are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
    • Requests within 48 hours of initial delivery are eligible for a 66% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
    • Requests between 48-120 hours of initial delivery are eligible for a 33% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
    • No refunds are entertained after 120 hours of initial delivery.
  3. Inapplicability of Refund:

    • No refund requests are entertained if there is no action on the order for 30 days.
    • Final files delivery negates any refund request.
    • For video animation packages, no refund is entertained post-approval or deployment.
  4. Fair Usage Policy:

    • A Fair Usage Policy applies to revision requests, allowing three rounds per phase.
  5. Refund Process:

    • Refund requests must be communicated to the support department.
    • Numbtec reserves the right to approve/disapprove requests based on user agreement violations.
  6. Web Design Orchid / Custom Packages:

    • Refund policies for combined packages follow the terms applicable to individual services.

  • To ensure a refund request is approved, clients must:

    • We will attempt to resolve concerns through our revision policy; otherwise, a refund request approval will be emailed.
    • Post-refund, design rights transfer to Numbtec, and clients can’t display the refunded design.
